TERMS & CONDITIONS

SEASONAL CONSULTING PACKAGES (Standard and Enhanced): Our services are billed at the seasonal rate upfront for both winter and summer. No long-term contracts. Fees are nonrefundable even if you chose to cancel or pause services mid-season. If joining mid-season, prorated fees may be offered. All charges are final once billed.

AVAILABILITY. Praedictix is not a 24/7 operation. Our updates and availability generally range between 6 AM and Midnight Central. At the beginning of the season, you will receive an introductory package that includes our update schedule and direct communication information if applicable (email/text/phone).

Daily text updates may occur with less frequency or “as needed” during quiet periods.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

1. To the extent permitted by applicable law in no event will either party be liable for any loss of data, lost profits, lost revenue or and other indirect, incidental, consequential, special or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with this Agreement even if such party has been advised of the possibility of such damages and notwithstanding the failure of essential purpose of a limited remedy.
2. Both Parties liability will be limited to the amounts received from the other in connection with this agreement.
